Invest beyond traditional assets
ALKEMIQ provides access to an Alternative Assets ecosystem across Art, Media & Entertainment through an integrated management model combining vertical expertise, Structured Finance and Tech-Based Initiatives.
An integrated management model built around assets
The strategy targets the progressive construction of a diversified portfolio of physical assets, intellectual property, equity interests and projects, supported by multiple development and value-creation levers.
Proprietary access
Origination of selected assets, intellectual property and projects.
Scalable AUM
Transactional economics and recurring revenues linked to asset management.
Industrial pipeline
20 Cinema & Media projects with an aggregate production budget of €565M.
Structured Finance
Capital and dedicated structures integrated into the operating model.
Technology Layer
Data, analytics and digital infrastructure supporting the ecosystem.
From existing assets to future opportunities
Opportunities are distinguished according to their maturity and the scope of rights held, avoiding any conflation of pipeline with consolidated portfolio.
One model. Operating divisions and dedicated vehicles
ALKEMIQ Group is the strategic, industrial and governance centre of the ecosystem and coordinates its activities through specialised operating divisions.
The divisions ALKEMIQ Art, ALKEMIQ Groove, ALKEMIQ Capital, ALKEMIQ Studios and ALKEMIQ OS currently operate as internal divisions of ALKEMIQ Group and are not separate legal entities.
Depending on the characteristics of each transaction, specific assets or projects may instead be held or developed through SPVs, SPEs, securitisation vehicles or other dedicated structures, in compliance with the applicable regulatory framework.
Grow with discipline. Compound value
Scale is not an objective in itself: each transaction is assessed on its ability to contribute to portfolio quality and long-term value creation.
Documentation and contacts
Additional strategic, corporate and financial documentation may be made available to qualified investors through dedicated procedures and, where applicable, subject to confidentiality documentation.
